• Review commercial contracts, MoUs and lease agreements with business partners, local governments, and universities
• Manage company’s compliance initiatives (e.g., PIPA, location and personal information business service, and Korea competition / franchise regulations)
• Update and enforce company polices and SOPs
• General corporate governance, including shareholders’ meeting, BOD meetings, internal review and approval processes, and notarization, apostille and/or legalization
• Review and renew insurance polices
• Archive executed contracts, MoUs, government correspondences and compliance related documents per internal guidelines

Requirements

• You are and excellent researcher and knowledgeable about Korea’s Commercial Code, Fair Trade Act, Fair Franchise Practices Act, and PIPA and other regulatory statutes.
• You are fluent in Korean and English languages; additional proficiency in other Asian languages is preferred.
