-Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing processes and reporting
-Take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance activities for KR entity
-Manage local statutory and tax audits, work with external accounting firm on tax reporting
-To assist the HQ in streamlining and standardizing process flow
-Support Group HQ Audit by providing explanations and liaise between Group and local auditors
-Perform financial analysis on monthly Pamp;L and B/S fluctuations
Requirements
-Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (i.e. AICPA)
-Minimum of 7-8 years working in finance roles
-Strong communication and presentation skill, both in Korean and in English
-Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in systems will be an added advantage (i.e. Oracle Netsuite is preferred)
-Hands-on and detail-oriented, willing to deep-dive in systems and processes to find the root causes
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment and drive change initiatives
-Well planned and organized, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Basic understanding of IFRS knowledge and 1-2 years prior experience in external audit background is preferred
