WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
As a Performance Marketer specializing in Google Shopping within our fast-paced agency environment, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our clients' campaigns and meeting ROAS KPI. On any given day, you will be doing:
International Campaign Management: Oversee campaign activities in over 20 countries, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to global strategies.
Managing Test and Validation Roadmap: Create a comprehensive test and validation roadmap for Google Shopping campaigns, shaping key best practices for both regional and global markets.
Analyzing Performance Data to Provide Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyze account performance to ensure that ROAS targets are met. Share actionable findings and insights with the internal team to enhance campaign optimization.
Budget Management: Take charge of managing multi-million-dollar client budgets, providing regular pacing status updates and performance assessments.
Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Client Management, Planning, Research, and other channel activation experts. Together, you will create media strategies that drive revenue while optimizing performance.

If you possess the following qualifications and characteristics, you're an ideal candidate for this role:
5+ Years of Google-Based Marketing Experience: You have a proven track record with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Google-based marketing, preferably within a digital agency, and a strong preference for expertise in search.
Holistic Approach: You understand the digital marketing ecosystem and can integrate various elements into a holistic view, crafting strategies that cater to the customer's needs.
Ownership and Curiosity: You approach problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity, consistently seeking innovative solutions.
Effective Communication: You can express yourself clearly and concisely, both in spoken and written communication.
Analytical Skills: You possess highly developed analytical and numeracy skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous and data-focused approach, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Proactive and Motivated: You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative to drive success.
Team Management: Experience in managing teams, preferably for at least 2 years, is a significant advantage.
