WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

As a Market-Leading Performance Marketer within our agency, you will be at the forefront of driving success for our global e-commerce clients. Your role is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing, proficiency in crafting holistic marketing strategies, and a preference for candidates with Google Marketing Platform experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Expertise: Develop market-specific digital marketing strategies that challenge conventional norms and harness the full potential of the digital landscape.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to gain insights into the overall performance of e-commerce businesses. Identify potential bottlenecks and create assumptions to address them from a digital marketing perspective.
  • Problem-Solving: Excel in problem-solving, breaking down complex issues into manageable components. Develop test and validation approaches rooted in data to navigate the uncertainties of digital marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Platform Audience Understanding: Analyze data to craft compelling narratives on how each media platform functions and performs. Gain a deep understanding of how digital marketing platform audiences translate into actionable insights for business perspectives, which will inform data analysis and campaign planning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrate strong capabilities in managing and effectively communicating with headquarters clients. Share marketing insights and discoveries to establish milestones aligned with marketing objectives, especially concerning e-commerce sales and revenue volume. Coordinate with subsidiary marketers and proficiently handle ad-hoc communications related to campaign setups.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Collaborate in crafting weekly and monthly performance reports, utilizing your strong presentation skills to deliver findings and insights to lead clients on-site. Facilitate iterative discussions to refine marketing strategies based on analysis.

· Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance advertising, consultancy roles, or in-house marketing positions. A proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional results is essential.

· E-commerce and Google marketing platform experiences are PLUS
