Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments as well as strong report writing skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
  • Develop specialized clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
  • Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
  • Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
  • Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience
  • Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization
  • Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client
  • Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers
  • Provide support to our localization team in content translation
  • Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team.

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling
  • At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Expertise in individual and group facilitation
  • Can communicate in both English and Korean Language
  • Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
  • Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
  • Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in current country
  • Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients (can include counselling and psychoeducation sessions

Good to have:

  • Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
  • Has their own dedicated clinical space, available for rental by Intellect for therapy sessions and related activities.
