HYPEMAKER are looking for an Account Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what engages consumers. You will report directly to the Senior Account Coordinator and closely work with our creative and brand partnership team. Art directors will seek to influence changes in audience behavior through ideas, creativity and the use of media, and to manage all aspects of graphic design.Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns.
- Manage clients' expectations by providing support to client’s inquiries.
- Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
- Collect campaign assets from agencies amp; clients.
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure conformance with contract.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to close the deal, especially the campaign contract with the client and related vendors and ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Create detailed reports of campaigns’ results.
- Administrative support including weekly updates and updating the project management system.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and detail-minded.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Coordinator.
