As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of larger clients, and/or acting as client lead on a smaller client portfolio. You will ensure you understand your clients business objectives and how our work delivers to support them.


Responsibilities

  • You will support the client lead on larger JF accounts or in specific cases, be the client lead on a account(s). You will collaborate with others in the client team to achieve a high level of client satisfaction as demonstrated in NPS scores.
  • You will be responsible for performing BAU such as pacing, reporting, etc tasks on your assigned accounts and will lead the team to ensure client expectations are met.
  • You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish products/ solutions provided with the client team and will be a SME either an industry vertical or Jellyfish product such as media, technology, data, etc or ideally both. You will be able to articulate to a client how activities effect them and the wider business.
  • As a senior manager you will successfully understand the skill/knowledge gaps of less experienced members of the team and identify how to support them
  • You will understand and adhere to client management best practices
  • You will collaborate with Hub Lead to grow existing client net revenue, including new product activation, new projects, and increased media spend

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of digital marketing channels and Jellyfish capabilities
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to articulate and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple demands
  • Good commercial awareness
  • A passion for digital and a desire to learn new skills

  • Understanding of the wider marketing mix
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels an advantage
  • Knowledge of Google technology stack an advantage
