When Beam enters a city, we aim to become an integral part of daily life and to have great relationships with our riders, partners, and the general public. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate, reporting to the HRBP, to help us broaden and deepen our talent pools.

The Talent Acquisition Associate’s job is a broad one. Talent Acquisition is a massive priority. Recruiters who thrive here are adept at coaching and partnering with their hiring managers: defining what the best looks like for a given role and executing the recruitment strategy to bring the hires across to the finish line.Recruiting for the operations team, you will be responsible for working with managers to engage a contingent workforce and freelancers by advertising, finding, briefing, training and educating them. You will offer data and insights on planning, hiring, and strategy which enables our managers to see ahead of the curve and make informed decisions on manpower needs.

Requirements


  • Experience in recruiting from within a multi-country, high-growth company
  • Work with hiring managers (partnering closely with managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers) and HR colleagues to design strategies to recruit stellar candidates by creating a hiring plan and doing competitive research
  • Hands-on in networking, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Own and juggle multiple contingent requisitions and maintain high quality, high volume inflow of the workforce
  • Work closely with business leaders to influence sourcing approach, strategy and determine appropriate classification of workforce needs
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Legal, and Operations to cater to business needs.
  • Assist with development and execution of IC/Freelancer agreements
  • Develop job descriptions, hosts sync calls with agency personnel, screen resumes and drive selection of contingent personnel
  • Assist in new supplier vetting and agency performance management.
  • Conduct contingent worker orientation on a weekly basis ensuring contingent workers have the resources they need to succeed
  • Train managers to conduct contingent worker orientation and how to manage the workforce effectively• Assist managers with contingent worker issues, feedback, offboarding, and assignment terminations
  • Generate reports, analyze data and offer insights on the contingent workforce
  • Highly self-directed, a problem solver with enjoyment for the challenge
  • Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers

  • Confident in what you know and able to thoughtfully push back when needed
  • Willing and able to adapt to an ever-evolving set of team and business needs
  • Fluent Korean speaker, proficiency in English
