Job Description

When Beam enters a city, we aim to become an integral part of daily life and to have great relationships with our riders, partners, and the general public. We are seeking an HR Associate, reporting to the HRBP.


Responsibilities

HR Associate, also known as Human Resources Associate, is responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within a company. They are tasked with managing company human resources records and assisting new employees with enrollment procedures.


Requirements


  • Ensure an accurate and timely payroll, including but not limited to: regular pay, payroll taxes, pension, statutory and supplementary benefits, etc
  • Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist with driving global payroll strategy to align on refining current payroll operations to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Responsible for ensuring all payroll regulatory filings are completed in line with statutory due dates
  • Provide employees with a first-class onboarding experience and ongoing HR lifecycle support
  • Proactively prepare relevant management reports and statistics as needed
  • Stay current on regulations, benefits changes, and labor laws
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties when required
  • Maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Assist with the distribution of training material.
  • Fluent Korean speaker, proficiency in English
