Job Description

The product ops team is the glue that helps bridge together initiatives, processes, and knowledge between the product (tech) and operations teams at Beam. As a product owner, you will work closely with senior product and strategy/ops team members to help with a variety of issues from triaging issues and educating users on internal tools to helping out with analytics and workflow automation efforts. This role requires a high degree of learning new tools on the fly while also being able to immediately document/train others on the new knowledge you only recently acquired. You’ll get to work with stakeholders across our various marketing and internal tech teams to help ensure the business can continue to function and grow smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Respond to internal queries in a timely manner.
  • Identify user issues and troubleshoot them with internal SOP documentation, identifying gaps and making improvements.
  • Partner with product and operations team on optimizing workflows and building a shared knowledge base.
  • Update internal dashboards and provide support for internal tools to various teams across different geographies.
  • Triage ops reported issues and collect the appropriate information in order to escalate issues to engineering teams.
  • Scale best practices across geographies and ensure all cities are operating at optimal efficiency.
  • Rollout projects, training documents, and new processes across internal business functions.

WHO YOU ARE :

  • 0-2 years work experience.
  • Highly tech savvy, supremely analytical, and have strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage a variety of different tasks.
  • Proficiency with SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to think in terms of workflows and a knack for using no-code tools (i.e. Zapier) to hack together automated solutions.
  • Ability to design and implement training material across different teams for new internal processes.

The position is full time, permanent and onsite in Seoul. Due to travel and work pass restrictions as a result of Covid-19 safety measures, you must already be residing in Korea.
