The product ops team is the glue that helps bridge together initiatives, processes, and knowledge between the product (tech) and operations teams at Beam. As a product owner, you will work closely with senior product and strategy/ops team members to help with a variety of issues from triaging issues and educating users on internal tools to helping out with analytics and workflow automation efforts. This role requires a high degree of learning new tools on the fly while also being able to immediately document/train others on the new knowledge you only recently acquired. You’ll get to work with stakeholders across our various marketing and internal tech teams to help ensure the business can continue to function and grow smoothly.

The position is full time, permanent and onsite in Seoul. Due to travel and work pass restrictions as a result of Covid-19 safety measures, you must already be residing in Korea.
