Faithlife is looking for a Korean Customer Success Specialist with experience and knowledge of the Korean speaking Christian World to join their growing Korean products team. This individual will help the team build, market, and promote their Korean offerings.
As the Korean Customer Success Specialist, you will work with the team on product-customer related projects, as well as offer customer tech support and present the product usage education at conferences.
You are fluent in Korean and have a firm understanding of specialized religious terminology and cultural nuances. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and donβt mind when projects are pivoted. You are independent, goal-driven, have an entrepreneurial drive, and love interacting with people.
Location: Seoul, South Korea or Bellingham, WA, US
Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Service emails and related requests
- Work with the Customer Service and tech support team in the U.S.
- Interact with customers in a sales and supportive role
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
- Deliver product demonstration and training to the customers
- Create user education materials and product display page
- Update and post the user education guide
Candidate Specifications:
- Is fluent in Korean and English
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent written communication skills
- Takes ownership of projects and gets things done quickly and effectively
- Is familiar with and connected within the Korean Christian world
- Can be flexible and work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Is open to some travel
The ideal candidate:
- Has intermediate knowledge of OS (Window, Mac, Mobile App etc.)
- Understands the nuances of regional differences within the Korean Christian world
- Uses, or has previously used, a Bible software product
- Has creative writing experience
- Has experience with public speaking
