Shared micromobility is one of the fastest-growing industries globally, and we are leading the way in Asia-Pacific, with fast-growing operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan and Malaysia, with many new city launches underway.
Beam’s central Strategy and Operations team is a small and growing team. As part of the Samp;O team, your scope is wide, orchestrating and fine tuning the business from inside out. Please read below for more details:
What you do:
- Run new business initiatives and experiments across all operating markets
- Support product amp; operations teams in solving high impact problems/blockers across all country markets
- Work closely with country GMs to plan and develop strategic goals for overall business
- Analyse amp; run strategic initiatives under purview of the Beam Leadership Team
- Run multi-stakeholder projects/ meetings across countries on periodic basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Help launch and scale up new markets as Beam’s presence grows in APAC region
Report to Head of Strategy
Requirements
- Min. 4+ years of experience working in fast growing startups in similar roles, or a management consulting background
- You are highly comfortable in an semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
- You are a self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
- APAC (ex-China, ex-India) experience is an additional plus
