- Make a difference transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for Life Sciences
- Responsible for the successful implementation of our highly innovative cloud solutions for the life sciences industry
- Support Customer Multichannel journey with industry and market expertise
- Lead or participate in business process discovery workshops and managing the project
- Application design and configuration. Data migration from source systems into the Veeva application.
- Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years working experience (Preferred consulting or project leading experience)
- Experience in CRM business applications (i.e. Veeva, Salesforce.com, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) OR have direct life science industry experience having worked or consulted to commercial and medical teams
- 4 years degree required
- Native Korean/ Proficient English skills both verbal and written
- Based in Seoul and have the legal right to work
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications
- SaaS/Cloud implementation or Integrations with 3rd party and consulting experience, particularly Salesforce/
- Strong project management and delivery skills
- Understanding of life sciences commercial and medical business practices
