The Role
The Veeva Team is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive sales within the Life Science Industry.As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva’s Commercial Cloud, Data, and Business Consulting solutions for Life Science Accounts. The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level), and technology departments. Creativity, curiosity, energy, and initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.What You'll Do
  • Uncover the needs not clearly stated by effective customer engagement and lead/inspire the customers to see their future state of customer engagement model, commercial strategy, and operation
  • Deliver the differentiated value of the Veeva products and services, generate prospect interest, and align customer objectives with Veeva solution including software, data and business consulting
  • Build the trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business, CE, IT, and C-level in Korean pharmaceutical companies
  • Meet/exceed qualified pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience including 7+ years of selling enterprise software, data, and/or consulting services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Understanding of the life science industry, enterprise software sales cycle, and passion for making market changes with innovative technology
  • Experience in building/maintaining trusted partnership and credibility across various customer stakeholders including C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Strong team player and leader to engage appropriate internal (both Korean and global) and external resources effectively and to get proper supports needed
  • Experience working successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent Korean/English communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking in identifying a problem to solve and developing solution
Nice to Have
  • Understanding the key industry challenges in the life sciences industry and the value of CRM is desired
