Job Description

This role reports into the KR GM/Regional VP.

The fundamental objectives of the role are to:
Develop and grow our local team

  • Take responsibility for our performance teams
  • Grow each team and their capacity, and improve working methods to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure excellent delivery of all cross channel work in a timely manner

Oversee Delivery

  • Ensure optimal resource across Clients. Delivering client billing and resource in line with targets
  • Identify recruitment needs and support talent identification
  • Ensuring Client contractual obligations, service levels and performance are maintained
  • Look at ways to innovate with tech and streamline delivery

Support Business Growth

  • Recognise cross amp; upsell opportunities and work alongside the Account Managers and Channel Leads to maximise these.
  • Support with proposals, pitch strategy and attend pitches

Drive client engagement

  • Act as a senior client contact and point of escalation. Working to maintain amp; strengthen excellent client relationships at all levels
  • Lead multichannel strategy and planning, and work alongside channel teams to implement it
  • Act as digital expert for the client, and drive the team to deliver new and innovative ideas
  • Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate

Team Management

  • Work closely with and manage multiple Team Leads/Seniors as you focus on developing team members, managing the workload and resource allocation and ensuring the best practice and high quality output.
  • Support the development of the staff below you and the sub-teams, providing mentorship, coaching and direction to the office

The ideal candidate will have the following core skills and abilities:

  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken is required
  • 6+ years in digital marketing across multiple channels (Paid Search, Social Media, Display)
  • Strong agency experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong experience in managing teams and development of staff
  • Confident client facing ability
  • Excel at building relationships, both internally and with clients themselves
  • Experience managing retail and/or travel clients
  • Strong numerical skills and commercially aware
  • Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
  • Rich team management experience
