We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join the accounting team. You will provide local accounting and operational support, ensuring smooth running of all lines of business. You will also interact with the regional accounting and finance functions on a regular basis. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, energetic and adaptable.
What you do:
- Perform monthly and annual closing, reconcile AP/AR, and issue tax invoices.
- Monitor and review operating costs and general expenses.
- Prepare payments, manage vendor information.
- Conduct cash, bank and card management and statement reconciliation.
- Assist with other adhoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of accounts experience
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems logically and proactively
- Native Korean speaker, proficient in English
- Some experience utilizing Cloud Accounting Software
The position is full time, permanent and onsite in Seoul. Due to travel and work pass restrictions as a result of Covid-19 safety measures, you must already be residing in Korea.
