Job Description
The Country Manager is responsible for growing Favorite Medium’s business in Korea, through developing new revenue opportunities and forging strategic partnerships. An ideal candidate will be adept at new business prospecting and market development. Additionally, this role involves leading and managing the Korea team's operations, including the growth of the Favorite Medium brand, profitability and efficiency of the regional business, recruitment and mentoring, and oversight of client relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the executive and management teams to set the direction for Favorite Medium Korea, owning the strategy, driving growth and clearly communicating this vision and execution back to the team
- Engage in business development activities with customers and partners to develop new revenue and business opportunities
- Foster close relationships with customers and key stakeholders and lead the Sales and Project Delivery teams to grow our sales pipeline
- Review and negotiate contractual agreements with clients
- Take responsibility for Pamp;L, forecasting, compliance and board reporting
- Work with the executive team develop strategic, efficient resource planning and recruitment pipeline
- Motivate and inspire others. Support and maintain a company culture that embodies Favorite Medium's core values of continuous learning, fairness, and respect.
- Proven sales experience working in a complex environment for technology consulting. Prior consulting experience is essential.
- Experience in a company offering both digital design (UX design and research) and software development services.
- Demonstrated success and passion in selling into both new and existing enterprise accounts at the C-level.
- Strong network of customer and partner relationships, that can be leveraged for business development and revenue expansion.
- Experience in creating detailed and executable business growth plans to drive business and meet revenue targets.
- Impeccably, natively fluent in Korean
- Business-level English
