- Work closely with Equipment vendors and Automation Team in solving equipment related issues
- Must be able to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes
- Develop effective automated and non-automated data tracking systems
- Testing new and existing production procedures
- Evaluate Final Verification Testing based on quality criteria, efficiency and speed
- Maintain MySql database server and design and install new apps as needed
- Work closely with JHH Product development, Automation, Supply chain Test engineers to promote design ingenuity and manufacturing (DFM/DFX)
- Support all aspects of manufacturing engineering activities including process flow testing procedures
- Drive failure analysis and implementation with corrective actions
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Train staff in new and existing processes
- Work with various vendors to support existing equipment and new; including software, machine vision, SCADA, robotics, PLC, OPC.
- Must be able to maintain, troubleshoot amp;amp; install new networking technologies.
- Should be able to design amp;amp; implement automated data back for the entire manufacturing site;
- MYSQL, PLC, Vision, Windows OS, Network, Server robotics.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
- Project management skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Degree in engineering
