  • Own growth of the Beams franchise business in South Korea
  • Own the OKRs and KPIs aimed at driving sales of 2nd Life vehicles through franchise and license contracts, strategic partnerships and various local B2C sales strategies.
  • Be the hunter and dealmaker, drive successful lead generation and deal conversion, identify and negotiate key strategic partnerships.
  • Recruit a dynamic team and lead them to exceptional performance.
  • Establish relations and collaborate closely with Beam local operations team and key stakeholders in the company, such as product, tech and supply chain.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, franchise industry or SaaS business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field,
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team of more than 5,
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities,
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex deals
  • Strong sales pipeline management (lead gen, CRM, operational efficiency),]
  • Ability to create and present new business initiatives to senior leadership ,
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment,
  • Able to delegate to empower teams but step in and get your hands dirty where needed to solve a problem,
  • Data driven decision making - we have a wealth of data and we leverage it strongly to make decisions with strong conviction.
  • ability to negotiate, read and write in Korean language is an advantage
