ABOUT THE ROLE
Finance
-Set up the process of the periodical financial statements (monthly reporting, consolidated statements), the estimated ones (last estimate, budget) and Group external ones (Year end accounts closing, audited financial statements).
-Takes care of the accounts accuracy and of their compliance to tax, accounting and Group regulations.
-Analyzes entity activity and costs through Regional tools (Sun accounts, Infocenter) and provides best advice, analysis and support to BLK Managing Director.
-Checks and enforces the strict application of internal control procedures
- Assists the BOLLORE Logistics Korea Managing Director in the prevention of any risk impacting operations, Pamp;L, taxes, or country statutory mand legal requirements
-Optimizes and controls the treasury :
o Analyzes the treasury needs and proposes financing plans (if needed)
o Follows up the cash on a daily basis, strictly enforces control on cash payments. Daily bank reconciliation.
o Makes sure, in coordination with the Regional Treasury Manager of the currency exposure hedging
o Closely follows up the DSO (Day Sales Outstanding) and DPO (Days Purchases Outstanding) in constant coordination with
the Regional Credit Controller. Take any action speeding up the receivables collection
-Manages the credit risk. Closely follows up credit terms and credit limits granting
-Controls the investments and provide concise profitability analysis to BOLLORE Logistics Korea Managing Director and Regional ASPAC Finance

-To liaise with banks, external auditors, tax authorities, government authorities, Insurance Companies, etc.
-To be responsible for supervising and developing the finance team. In close relations with the Managing Director he will elaborate the annual appraisal of BOLLORE Logistics Korea financial team in regards of performance assessment, market costs and objective assignment.
-Especially assist BOLLORE Logistics Korea General Manager SALES on financial analysis led for future projects (development of new businesses)
Legal amp; Insurance
- Contract review
- Liaise with external lawyers for the legal issues
- Claim management to liase with Insurance policy in term of legal aspect (communication with ASPAC Legals amp; Insurance manager)
- Corporate insurance management (policy review, renewal, issue clam)
Requirements
- At least 6 years Finance/Accounting working experience in a multinational company and at least 2 years in financial management position
- Exposure in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industries would be an added advantage
- Proficient in oral, written and presentation skills English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in IT skills ie. MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership and coaching skills
