Your role
Proactively assess and identify prospective investors and investment partners for VentureBlick’s growth and operational needs in APAC
Oversee and manage all relationship and operational details involving VentureBlick’s existing and prospective investors in major APAC countries, such as Singapore, China, Korea, etc.
Take the lead in creating and preparing investor pitch/update collateral and associated communication materials
Help to develop and maintain financial models for investor relations use
Manage and coordinate investor due diligence and audit processes
Conduct research and prepare internal reports on investment trends relevant to VentureBlick
Represent VentureBlick and interface with outside parties at relevant investment and industry events
Build cross-functional relationships and support investor-related efforts across departments and offices
Who you are
Strong background in investment fundraising (VC/PE, investment bank, or top-tier management consulting firm)
Can bring an established network of contacts in the investment fundraising space, especially in the APAC region
Demonstrated track record of hands-on execution of fundraising and investor relations projects
Previous exposure to healthcare-related funding would be a big plus
Combination of world-class communication capabilities, superior analytical acumen, and outstanding relationship management skills
Financial modeling and data analysis skills would be a plus
Highly mature team player who can work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
