  • Grow the company’s 2nd Life business by increasing the number of Beam’s franchisees and by driving the sales of 2nd Life vehicles in South Korea.
  • Be the hunter and dealmaker, drive successful lead generation and deal conversion, identify potential franchisees and negotiate key strategic partnerships.
  • Help Beam to achieve its revenue goals by exceeding your individual sales target
  • Collaborate closely with the Beam local operations team to help our franchisees to build, manage and grow a successful business.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, experience in the franchise industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field
  • Result-driven, self-motivated sales person with strong sales pipeline management skills
  • Experience working with individual sales targets
  • Motivated by an incentive-based compensation plan
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in Korean language or native speaker
  • Data driven decision making
