  • Alignment of country pricing strategy with centrally-driven strategic objectives
  • Design, execution and review of innovative pricing experiments to enhance top-line metrics (which could include aspects of subscription, peak-based/dynamic pricing and loyalty scheme design)
  • Iterative development of insights into behavioural responses by segment to pricing changes - to optimise pricing accordingly across geography, seasonality and vehicle type
  • Ongoing tracking and benchmarking of competitor pricing, to ensure pricing strategy properly takes into account competitive considerations
  • Lead for analysis and reporting of customer-based metrics - including acquisition, retention, ARPU and lifetime value - to complement the vehicle-based metrics owned by Operations

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of working experience in a dynamic startup, corporate or professional services environment
  • Structured and target-oriented when working on projects and analysis
  • Willing to take ownership amp; displayed strong problem solving skills
  • Strategic thinker able to look beyond the data and consider the broader business context when making recommendations
  • Experience in analysing large data sets to solve business problems - working knowledge of key data analysis and visualisation tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query/BI a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop deep working relationships with a wide range of different stakeholders
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is a must
