HR Generalist

Your role

• Demonstrate an understanding of the mission, vision, and purpose of the business and develop amp; implement a relevant people and recruitment strategy
• Assist in partnering with business leaders to develop hiring plans
• Partner closely with leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and other initiatives
• Participate in hiring candidates and support their development amp; retention to ensure alignment with our business goals
• Providing guidance to team leaders across key talent decisions
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to on-boarding
• Proactively source for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods
• Developing a wide pool of talent pipelines to support the company's future development
• Screen and interview candidates while ensuring a positive applicant experience
• Lead employer branding initiatives

Who you are

• Mixture of talent acquisition (either recruitment agency or in-house) and in-house HR generalist experience is essential
• Previous exposure to start-up environments would be a big plus
• Strong knowledge of Korean labor laws
• Native Korean speaker that is also fluent in English
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude
• Capable of building credible relationships quickly at the highest level to inspire trust and confidence
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and to deal effectively with change and ambiguity
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
