The Role:
In support to Brand Director, Korea, facilitate day-to-day communications with a local distributor, LOTTE GFR, on daily operations and any key marketing activities. Also, help Brand Director to run commercial forecasts for the yearly budget and NPD for Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly, Monthly and Daily Reports:
- Consolidate Sales data from LOTTE GFR and submit to global for upload, basic
- product analysis and sell through
- Sales data then submit to global for upload, basic product analysis and sell through
- Manage day-to-day sales operation process (e.g. order tracking), account management
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and organise promotional activities and campaigns
- Identify customer/retail partner needs in different markets and ensure the needs are addressed
- Support the APAC team from PR/VM/Marketing to provide any local support and store check on the ground
NPD amp; CORE forecasting:
- Manage monthly/Quarterly/Yearly demand planning in collaboration with Lotte GFR and Supply Chain team
- NPD amp; calendar ideation/building support for the Korean market
- NPD forecast submission to the internal team
Requirements

- Advanced in written and spoken Korean and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong sales data amp; market insight analysis skills (Data / Excel)
- Great attention to detail and good at the numbers
