- Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end processes (HRM, HRD, Camp;B, etc)
- Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements and efficiencies
- HRIS Management - HR data amp; leave management(legal/beneficial)
- Employee benefits
- Other HR/GA projects and activities as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in HR coordination
- Overall HR knowledge amp; labor regulations
- Detailed oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Native Korean speaker, proficient in English
