Beam is looking for a driven individual to join the Project Management team. You will play a vital role in leading priority projects, doing cross-functional work, internal and external communication across multiple stakeholders to make sure projects are running as planned. The successful candidate will be a person who works well with global and cross-functional teams of business managers, operations, and software development in maintaining and delivering on a pipeline of projects. Involved in various projects in multiple stages, both short and long term, the role is filled with exciting projects with a lot of room for creativity and ownership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Help manage and scope out multiple projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Drive workflow/project success metrics and timeline.
- Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results.
- Consult with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
- Assist with the execution of projects through communications with various teams, including online/offline promotions and events, branding strategies and ongoing strategic partnerships.
- Assist in creating a country-wide, customer facing communication materials.
- Assist in creating internal SOPs for new project formats.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required for project execution.

WHO YOU ARE :
- 0 to 1 years working experience.
- Project management skills around managing timelines and cross functional projects.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.
- Experience with Excel.
- Effectively bilingual in Korean and English.

The position is full time, permanent and onsite in Seoul. Due to travel and work pass restrictions as a result of Covid-19 safety measures, you must already be residing in Korea.
